Lil Sweet Treat, a boutique candy brand in New York, wanted to visualize a renovation concept for their retail store. The main goal was to create realistic 3D interior renders that showcased their new layout, colors, and design details for design approval.
The client envisioned a playful pastel-toned atmosphere — bright, inviting, and full of character. They provided reference photos, sketches, and design inspirations, which guided our visualization process. Our approach was to reinterpret their direction and enhance lighting, composition, and materials while preserving the cheerful brand personality.
Using 3ds Max and Corona Renderer, we developed the entire store interior from the provided references. We produced five camera angles that showcased the front counter, candy wall, merchandise section, and central display table. Each shot was designed to highlight the store’s pastel palette, lighting quality, and material harmony.
Challenges:
One of the key challenges was balancing realism with the soft, candy-inspired color palette. Too much realism could lose the whimsical appeal, while too much saturation would affect believability. Through careful lighting setup, exposure adjustments, and tone mapping, we achieved an ideal balance of charm and realism.
Outcome:
The final renders were used for design approval and renovation planning, helping the client visualize material finishes, lighting distribution, and the new layout. The Lil Sweet Treat team was thrilled with the results and shared positive feedback on our [Google Business profile]
